Try bromelain for arthritis

Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapples, may relieve arthritis. About 500 to 2,000 milligrams three times a day ¨C on an empty stomach ¨C might help decrease joint inflammation.

    Before trying bromelain, talk with your doctor about it.

    If you¡¯re allergic to bee stings, olive tree pollen or pineapple, this supplement may not be for you.
