    Everyday, the I.M.C medical team knows they've made a difference. Each member of our clinic, considers it an important part of their job to bring out the best in each other. At IMC means delivering the highest quality care to you and your family. 

    We invite you to come meet our Medical-Care-Teams ¨C the experts that will be with you all the way through your treatment. All of our teams provide, compassionate care with great focus on your individual needs for treatment and support. Following are descriptions of the team members:

    Each team member works directly with you to manage your course of treatment and provide you with consistent, individualized care. Our caring approach to reduces the distress of what can be a long journey through treatment. Listed below are the members of your Medical Care Team and a summary of their responsibilities during your treatment. All members of your Medical Care Team will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding treatments, medications or the process itself.

  Your IMC physicians

    Your IMC physicians will work with you to identify the cause(s) of your sickness, answer your questions about your health and any possible, and will develop a treatment plan with you that is right for you. During your course of care, they oversee your treatment and work with the other members of your Care Team to ensure that you are receiving the highest possible care available.

  Your Medical Receptionists

    Your Medical Assistant is often the first person you speak with. They will help you through the registration process, and work with you to keep your paperwork and files up-to-date. Your Medical assistant is always available to help you coordinate your clinic visits, diagnostic and monitoring appointments, and procedures. They should be seen as additional resource that can help you should any questions or concerns arise.

  Your IMC Nurses

    Your IMC Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who has advanced education and clinical training in various health care specialty area; most have also received national certification in that specialty. They work closely with attending physicians to assure coordination of your health care and help to meet the satisfaction needs of each individual patients.

 

 

 

  Your Guest Relation Coordinator (GRC)

    The IMC's Guest Relation Coordinator duty is to assist you and your family with all the help you may need. Guest Relations can address concerns you may have about your clinic visit. Our complete satisfaction as a patient is our goal. If, at any time during your visit to us, you feel that we are not meeting this goal, please contact a staff (GRC) member immediately. Since you come here, we strive to provide you high quality care.
    The Guest Relation Coordinator also will work with you and your insurance company, even before your first visit, to ensure that you are receiving the insurance payment that you are entitled to. Customer Relation coordinators will also work with patients who do not have insurance coverage to locate financing when available as well as to discuss and plan for up-coming treatment costs.

  Pharmacists

    Pharmacists are responsible for supplying any prescriptions ordered by your physicians; they may also advise you about side effects or interactions your prescriptions could have with other medications you are taking.
