    To enroll in an individual and family membership plan, please fill out the Membership Registration Form. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to complete the membership procedure after you submitted. You may bring it to IMC or fax it to (86 10) 6465 1984. But you need to pay it on our front desk.

    IMC-Beijing offers the following membership categories:

    Individual Member plan
    There have three types of plans can be chosen by you. Basic Plan,
Service plan & Deluxe Plan. For further information regarding our membership programs please contact: liaison@imcclcinics.com

    Family Member plan
The family plan entitles both parents and all of their children to the benefits of the individual Basic Plan.

    Embassy Plans
    We provide free embassy membership plans to diplomatic officers and their family members. For the detail, please contact with marketing manager of the clinic.

    Corporate Affiliate Program
    Membership fee waived, but we offer company members and their immediate dependents with all the benefits of the Individual Basic Plan. Please feel free to discuss particulars of these plans with our Marketing Manager.

    Students and Teacher's Plan
    Students who study in Beijing and Teachers who work in Beijing can enjoy the same benefit as individual basic Plan Members if they show ID card to our receptionist. The annual membership fee is free

    Medical Evacuation
    If the it becomes necessary to evacuate a patient due to extenuating circumstances or the severity or seriousness of the diagnosis, plans are in place to accomplish this task with in Beijing. Please contact IMC Corporate Staff to assist with requirements on:
