        In consideration of other patients, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to complete any required paperwork. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

     Direct-billing services are available to patients covered by any of our partner insurance companies with or without enrollment in a clinic plan. However, a payment guarantee is required to cover any co-pay or deductible amounts payable under your specific policy.
